Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order if:

• The item arrives damaged.

• The item is defective.

• The wrong item was received.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns are generally not accepted for:

• Change of mind purchases.

• Personalized products.

• Used or damaged products caused by misuse.

Refund Process

Once your return request is approved and inspected:

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

• Processing may take 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.

Damaged Items

If your product arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days and include:

• Order number

• Photos of the product

• Photos of packaging

Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once processing begins, cancellation may no longer be possible.
